Additionally, as our mobile service involves transporting heavy industrial equipment, we require a valid parking space (a driveway, a visitor permit, or clear street parking) immediately adjacent to your property. If parking is restricted or paid, please let us know in advance.

We perform the majority of our services on-site at your location, ensuring your items never leave your sight. Most appointments are completed within a single visit. Off-site restoration is reserved only for exceptionally complex or extensive collections.

We do not treat items with loose gemstones, porous stones (like pearls or opals), or cracked ivory handles. Our expert will always inspect your items prior to treatment and advise you if any piece is unsuitable.

Not at all. Our mobile setup is entirely self-contained and designed to be non-intrusive. We use protective mats and ensure the workspace is completely clean before we leave. The only thing we leave behind is your beautifully restored items.

We aim to make the process as convenient as possible. We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure mobile card reader, as well as contactless payments. Bank transfers and cash are also accepted. Payment is only taken once the service is completed to your satisfaction.
